Missing You

so i think im ready to grow out my hair. but then again short hair is soooo dang fun :) so idk but for the most part i want to grow it out so i can have an afro puff lol....thats the only reason. i was considering dreads or twists. who knows what ill come up with lol..right now im really into keep the short hair and going blonde. we'll see cause i never go to the hairdresser so WHO THE HECK KNOWS.

so seriously ive been thinking that somethings gotta give in my life. where if im going to be a TRUE artist and TRULY INSPIRE i have to find a way to not fall into the deep sand and be choked by society. i honestly dont really believe in getting a perm to straighten my hair. for the most part. like i understand it makes it more managable and stuff but despite how gorgeous i may look afterwards i feel extremely stupid cause i feel like a sell out. i dont want to look in the mirror and see nappy hair and feel ugly or a "hot mess" but i dont want to look in the mirror and see straight hair that i put chemicals in my head to get like that ...its really something im struggling with. like i dont even really know my hairs natural texture but whatever its life...but to top everything off i stayed in the stupid hairdresser for five whole hours...pure bs. im tired of it. i really am. PICTURED..BEFORE, DURRING AND AFTER.

so taylor swift was recently spotted with straight hair. you know ever since the kanye incident i dont like taylor swift cause all her fame came from that incident if you ask me..but i just cant deny how great she looks with these bangs and straight hair. and plus i found a random fashion pic of her where her curls are looking crazy fierce...this doesnt mean i may like her lol..but props for the fashion aspect of things.

the rihanna i know and love.

i personaly prefer the all black fohawk...she looks gorgeous and it brings out her amazing eyes. but she rock the blonde if she wants to. more power to her.

cassie is so lucky that she's drop dead gorgeous..cause if she was the slightest bit ugly..her shaved head would look HORRIBLE. but i mean she's gorgeous and i still think this look stupid..lol...she recently updated her twitter with some pics..and one shows that she slighty shaved the other side of her head..so she has a WICKED LONG MOHAWK...slighty lol hahahahaha oh cassie why did you have to be from the homes state of CT? you reppin us bad! lol

Blonde Hair on Black Women...i like

so this seems to be like a big debate sometimes when you reall get into...cause when you see a black woman with blonde hair and even contacts you maybe think...well man she's not proud to be black...BUT i say blonde hair on black women is perfectly fine...it just has to be done right...if you have beautiful chocolate skin...dark and lovely...DONT WEAR BLONDE HAIR...like it just doesn't work and it's not to begin the whole light skin verse dark skin chicks thing..it just doesn't work...and anyways you would be doing a injustice to yourself to lighten your hair...I HONESTLY THINK DARK SKIN IS SOOOO BEAUTIFUL SO ROCK IT LADIES!...and as for the lighter skin ladies..even you have to be careful cause blonde hair is all about skin tone...cause sometimes you can be light skin and someone darker then you looks better with blonde hair...so it all depends...but i'm not against it at all..i don't think it's means your fake...and hey even some white girls don't look good with blonde hair so im just saying...PICK THE HAIR COLOR YOU WANT AND THAT WORKS FOR YOU AND WITH YOU... repeat WITH you.... i decided to put this post anyways cause i plan on going brown and blonde soon...so as said many times before ill post pics when i do

okay idk what happened to her. i used to love her collaborations with timbaland....but lol idk where she at. last time i saw her she was BLONDE and i didn't like it.lol so im posting a pic that reflects my memory. she has strong features and she should have dark hair to bring that out. instead of washing out her features with blonde. blonde is not always the prettier choice for people. beyonce was just blessed lol hahaha

Disturbia all over again?

today marks a rather sad day in my calender. Recently rihanna was seen "yellow and plum" in NYC. I love Rihanna i really do... But there are sooo many wrongs with this look. All different things would look good seperate but together it just makes for one hot mess. (i can't even believe i'm saying this) but seriously. the blonde in her hair is toooo bold and its yellow tone gives it a "bad weave" look. i can see it's rockstar potential but there is something so off about it. then theres the plum lipstick that is cool i must admit but against the yellow hair it looks like someone painted her lips purple, rather than she had a interesting lipstick color. and her gray dress IS really cute but i don't like it with the boots and much rather see it with some leg and a nice pump but then again if her hair was jet black the outfit might look nice as is. OH Rihanna... i don't know what to say to this. I DO give you props for being bold. but this is just badddd.

okay so i'm all for short haircuts on women and being creative with how you express your beauty. but (pictured above) the ever so beautiful keri hilson recently changed up her hair and i cant exactly say that it's ladylovebomb approved. who knows maybe she was trying to get out of being compared to rihanna's popular short do but it just doesn't do much for me. i think her new hair color washes out her complexion as opposed to the the blonde that brought it out. in addition her make-up seems to match her hair which looks like she played it safe.. and you can't wear safe looks with a edgy haircuts.... idk what do you guys think?

Ode to MJ
