so really i am all for making new friends. and not too long ago i got a friend request from probably one of the coolest chicks youll ever meet lol. her names keshia marie...and she has amazing style as seen in these photos. not too many people can rock 80s fashion without looking like a poser or someone who is claiming to "be different" but judging from these pics you can tell that thats just her...so that put a smile on my face to know that i made a cool friend today lol btw now i think i want a bow tie necklace :)

LAST TRIP TO THE MALL IN CT!

so me, my sister renee, my best friend brittney and my sister's best friend lili went to the mall yesterday. i leave tommorow for "h-town" so yesterday was a nice day to just hang with the girls. i wanted to post about some of the cool stuff i found in forever 21. i didnt purchase everything BUT the stuff was cute. so maybe when i get back to houston ill get it from a forever 21 there. my bestie lili had her camera so we roamed around and tried on things. heres some pics.

countdown to H-town

so the countdown is officialy on and i currently have 8 days left in CT. CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY. so this past sunday i had a going away party at my grandparent's house..it was pretty freakin awesome. NOT GONNA LIE. here are some random candids with me and my friends. i love love love them and im gonna miss miss miss the heck out of them. but i keep reminding myself that god will never put more on me then i can bear. everthing happens for a reason and i rather move away and fail. then never have moved at all. i just like to think that someone in houston needs to know who i am. THE END lol

but i tried this new eye shadow idea that i only put shadow on the inside of my eyes. i used a stand out purple. people liked it :) and it definitely turned heads.

What are some inspirations behind your style and what does style mean to you?-

my inspiration is honestly a lot of musicians i see, be it crunkcore or indie rockers. i love anything vintage, and i'll even steal an idea or two from my grandma sometimes. style is wearing how you feel, and to enhance your appearance. its self expression, like an art form.

Cool, What are your views on the idea that hair makes a woman pretty...?-
what about the beautiful women without hair? there's more to beauty than hair, its your makeup, clothing, and style, as well as overall attitude. but, if you do have hair, its always important to make it work as well.

Okay so your obviously known for your hair, & there are a lot of kids out there scared to express themselves like you because of teasing or worry of what other people think... 1. how do you encourage yourself to embrace your individuality and 2. do you have any encouraging words for kids out there to help them embrace their individuality??
i believe in myself and i'm willing to step away from the crowd. i want to be remembered, and i understand that everyone will get embarassed, but i may as well take pride in it all. if someone's going to ridicule me, then obviously they aren't someone who i want in my life. the people who love me will accept me, no matter what i look like. besides, life's too short not to make it special, and i think expressing with how you look is a great way to liven up your life and add excitement!

Your Dreams? - To become a Supermodel and Singer.

When did you realize you wanted to sing and model?- About 2 years ago I realized I wanted to model after watching America's Next Top Model. & Everyone always told me how pretty I was and I should go for it, so I figured I should put that to good use lol... As for singing, I always loved it. & Hanging around my musician friends like my BFF Crystal Collins, I've been encouarged to come out the closet with my singing lol

What have you done towards fufilling your dreams?- I've been on go-sees and auditions. I've also been to modeling agencies. In addition to that, this past July I was in my first fashion show and scared out of my mind!!! I sing at my church, The Anointed Tabernacle of Jesus Christ. I'm also thinking of attending Berklee School of Music for college.

You mentioned you attend the Anointed Tabernacle of Jesus Christ and sing there.. I hear Etta [LadyLoveBomb] goes there too! What are your thoughts on Etta and her starting her own fashion blog? :)- lol I love Etta! That's like my sister! & I'm all for fashion so a fashion blog would be great.
