i went to something called "The Big E" lol its a connecticut thing.
but i tried this new eye shadow idea that i only put shadow on the inside of my eyes. i used a stand out purple. people liked it :) and it definitely turned heads.

so im officialy obsessed with blue mascara or just blue eye lashes in general so i think that this will be my next fashionable purchase. i have this new idea to bring runway make-up ideas to my everday life. "everyday is a fashion show" so ladylovebomb is going to keep that way. it would be cool to find purple too now that i think about it.

so remember how much i loved the versace cut out gown january jones wore to the emmmys? well turns out that rihanna [my favorite person] wore it while being featured in the september issue of italian vogue.

okay so i'm not that disturbed anymore. i figured out that it was the plum lipstick that bothered the heck out of me with the rihanna blonde hair and all that the other day. i still would perfer her with her signature jet black but i'm okay with this now.

okay so i'm def not into the emmys like that but i was watching fashion police on E! and oh man i am so in love with this dress and i definitely would wear this. imagine busting into a prom with this one lol...hahaha but seriously this is EXTREME HIGH FASHION!this versace gown is AMAZING...omg omg omg

Disturbia all over again?

today marks a rather sad day in my calender. Recently rihanna was seen "yellow and plum" in NYC. I love Rihanna i really do... But there are sooo many wrongs with this look. All different things would look good seperate but together it just makes for one hot mess. (i can't even believe i'm saying this) but seriously. the blonde in her hair is toooo bold and its yellow tone gives it a "bad weave" look. i can see it's rockstar potential but there is something so off about it. then theres the plum lipstick that is cool i must admit but against the yellow hair it looks like someone painted her lips purple, rather than she had a interesting lipstick color. and her gray dress IS really cute but i don't like it with the boots and much rather see it with some leg and a nice pump but then again if her hair was jet black the outfit might look nice as is. OH Rihanna... i don't know what to say to this. I DO give you props for being bold. but this is just badddd.

okay so i'm all for short haircuts on women and being creative with how you express your beauty. but (pictured above) the ever so beautiful keri hilson recently changed up her hair and i cant exactly say that it's ladylovebomb approved. who knows maybe she was trying to get out of being compared to rihanna's popular short do but it just doesn't do much for me. i think her new hair color washes out her complexion as opposed to the the blonde that brought it out. in addition her make-up seems to match her hair which looks like she played it safe.. and you can't wear safe looks with a edgy haircuts.... idk what do you guys think?

What are some inspirations behind your style and what does style mean to you?-

my inspiration is honestly a lot of musicians i see, be it crunkcore or indie rockers. i love anything vintage, and i'll even steal an idea or two from my grandma sometimes. style is wearing how you feel, and to enhance your appearance. its self expression, like an art form.

Cool, What are your views on the idea that hair makes a woman pretty...?-
what about the beautiful women without hair? there's more to beauty than hair, its your makeup, clothing, and style, as well as overall attitude. but, if you do have hair, its always important to make it work as well.

Okay so your obviously known for your hair, & there are a lot of kids out there scared to express themselves like you because of teasing or worry of what other people think... 1. how do you encourage yourself to embrace your individuality and 2. do you have any encouraging words for kids out there to help them embrace their individuality??
i believe in myself and i'm willing to step away from the crowd. i want to be remembered, and i understand that everyone will get embarassed, but i may as well take pride in it all. if someone's going to ridicule me, then obviously they aren't someone who i want in my life. the people who love me will accept me, no matter what i look like. besides, life's too short not to make it special, and i think expressing with how you look is a great way to liven up your life and add excitement!

Your Dreams? - To become a Supermodel and Singer.

When did you realize you wanted to sing and model?- About 2 years ago I realized I wanted to model after watching America's Next Top Model. & Everyone always told me how pretty I was and I should go for it, so I figured I should put that to good use lol... As for singing, I always loved it. & Hanging around my musician friends like my BFF Crystal Collins, I've been encouarged to come out the closet with my singing lol

What have you done towards fufilling your dreams?- I've been on go-sees and auditions. I've also been to modeling agencies. In addition to that, this past July I was in my first fashion show and scared out of my mind!!! I sing at my church, The Anointed Tabernacle of Jesus Christ. I'm also thinking of attending Berklee School of Music for college.

You mentioned you attend the Anointed Tabernacle of Jesus Christ and sing there.. I hear Etta [LadyLoveBomb] goes there too! What are your thoughts on Etta and her starting her own fashion blog? :)- lol I love Etta! That's like my sister! & I'm all for fashion so a fashion blog would be great. Rihanna 2.0?

so rihanna was the complete inspiration for my "stand out" look to school on my 18th birthday and i just re-discovered this pic on facebook so i decided to post it. yes i am that big of a rihanna fan.

a audrey hepbun graphic t-shirt (mine is black) i got it at walmart actualy ;)

& my headband was an old neck scarf that i cut off the fring and tied around my head to get rihanna's headband loook.

so it's early in the morning 9:47 to be exact and i cant find the designer but judging from rihanna's likes..i'm guessing this would be a alexander wang dress. JUST A GUESS lol but i love this dress so much. i wanted this to be the inspiration for my prom dress but my mom thought oher wise lol....

im in charge of designing dresses for my sister's wedding. i would love to see this design evolved into a long gown like i skecthed above. this is just one of my many sketches though and i have a wedding dress to do so we'll see.

DIY love part2

so years ago i got a hoodie from http://store.delias.com/ . it originally looked like the picture on the left. i later bleach it to give a much more pink tone to it. i cute the sleeves and ripped the neckline to give it a v-neck.

& for your pleasure heres a dorky picture of me wearing it when on vacation in north carolina.

DIY love.

above is a picture of a plain black pencil skirt that's a little more fitted at the high waist. my studded belt was getting old so i took off studs from my belt and put them on the waist of my pencil skirt and now my skirt feels brand new. i'll post a pic of me wearing it soon.

then there is this jean blazer vest that used to have sleeves. i cut the sleeves off then i selectively splashed it with bleach to get the faded look. i shreded a small section on the shoulder and then finished it with a white sticthing touch.

Ode to MJ

so this WILL BE my next hair do. some people have already expressed to me that they don't like it. but i love it. it's my own personal ode to michael and rihanna did it so it's all the more reason for me to go for it. :) my hair is already grown into a mohawk now i'm just working on making it longer.

let me say that this look right here for rihanna is LadyLoveBomb approved. a lot of people are saying that she is turning gothic and she looks like she worships the devil in this video. some would even go as far as saying she is scary. BUT I LIKE IT. her eyes are piercing and the red lip makes this look so interesting. I give it Five stars. in addition her mohawk is sick in that video. RIHANNA KEEP DOING YOU :)
